Frequently Asked Questions
Do you need access to electricity and water?
Yes, we do need access to both a power point and an outdoor tap. Most clients simply point us to an exterior plug and their garden tap and we handle everything from there. Please just let us know at booking if access is limited and we will plan accordingly.
How do you handle nervous or anxious dogs?
Slowly, and on their terms. Because your dog stays at home with no other animals or cages around, most of the usual stress triggers simply are not present. We always work at a pace your pet is comfortable with.
How far in advance should I book?
Our route runs on a rotating weekly schedule by suburb, so we recommend booking 3 to 5 days ahead to secure your preferred time. Regular monthly clients get priority slots.
How does the referral discount work?
When you refer a friend who books their first session, both you and your friend receive 10% off your next groom. Just ask your friend to mention your name when they book.
How does the loyalty card work?
Every wash gets stamped on your loyalty card. Your 10th wash is completely free. A great reason to keep those tails wagging all year round.
How long does a session take?
Most washes take 45 to 75 minutes depending on your dog’s size and coat condition. Because we are not juggling a waiting room, your dog gets our full attention the entire time.
