Do you need access to my electricity or water?
Not at all. Our unit is fully self-sufficient, carrying its own power and water supply, including the heated water for your dog’s wash. We simply need enough driveway space to park comfortably.
How do you handle nervous or anxious dogs?
Slowly, and on their terms. Because your dog stays at home with no other animals or cages around, most of the usual stress triggers simply are not present. Our groomers are experienced with anxious dogs and will always work at a pace your pet is comfortable with.
How far in advance should I book?
Since our route runs on a rotating weekly schedule by suburb, we recommend booking 3 to 5 days ahead to secure your preferred time. Regular monthly clients get priority slots automatically.
What breeds and coat types do you groom?
All of them. Our groomers are trained in breed-specific techniques, from double-coated breeds that need de-shedding to curly and wiry coats that need hand-scissoring. Let us know your dog’s breed when booking so we bring the right tools.
How long does a mobile session take?
Most washes take 45 to 75 minutes depending on your dog’s size and coat condition. Because we are not juggling a waiting room, your dog gets our full attention for the entire session.
